About Adenda - What we do
Candidate
The first thing to do, is to send Adenda your
registration details
Then we will phone you, to chat and find out more
about you, and what you are looking for
We will make sure you have all the correct
qualifications to comply with all the regulations for working in the UK
Then we make sure you have already got, or at least
started your GDC registration
If you have not passed a Language Test Adenda will
assist you to find the best approved test for you, and depending which
test you choose to take, we can help with your booking details
You need to make a good impression with your future
employer, so we can also help you put together a CV/Resume if you do not
already have one
Then we can talk through the options, and possible
vacancies, to see which one/s may suit you
Adenda will arrange an interview/s and help you to
decide which is the best way to get to the interview. And where it is
appropriate a member of the Adenda team can also go to the interview
with you. Sometimes this even means meeting you at the airport and
taking you to the interview.
When you are offered a position, we then work with
you and the employer to get all your documentation ready for the PCT/LHB.
And before you start work, we can send you a useful
Adenda Relocation pack to cover some of the things you may need to do
before you start work in your new job.
Client
When we receive your Registration details, the
first thing we want to do is call you to find out more.
We want to know more about your practice, the way
it looks, the facilities, the equipment, the staff, the dental
treatments and even your patients! And don’t be surprised if we ask to
come along and visit the practice! This is so we can fully understand
the type of practice you are, because the more we know about you the
better our chances of finding you the perfect dentist to fit in with
your existing dental team
Then we start searching through our existing
database to select the most appropriate candidate/s for you. Unlike
many other agencies – we rarely send more than 1 or 2 CV’s through – and
our track record is an amazing 95% success rate.
If you are happy with the candidate selection, then
we will liaise between you and the candidate for a possible interview
date and time. As often as is possible, a member of the Adenda team
will accompany the candidate to the interview because sometimes it helps
to have somebody else there to ask questions, and assist you through the
interview process.
Then we can help you to draft an offer letter to
the successful candidate, so that the candidate feels they have a
sincere offer from you, which enables them to start getting ready to
move to your practice.
And when it comes to the dreaded paperwork – don’t
worry! Adenda will be there to assist you every step of the way. We
will introduce ourselves to the relevant PCT/LHB and start to prepare
the paperwork for the PCT approval and Performer number.
All the way through, we want to liaise constantly
with you and your practice team to ensure that everything is being done
in a timely an efficient way so that your new dentist can start as soon
as possible
